The Glove is a left-hand glove featuring a patented design aimed at enhancing golf practice. It is sold with an Edge, which attaches to the glove as shown in pictures. Video tutorials for using the glove and Edge will be accessible online.

We currently offer a standard shipping service and we can deliver to any location served by Royal Mail. Please note that shipping times and costs may vary depending on the destination.

4. Intellectual Property

The Edge comes with a three-month warranty, during which replacements are available if the postage is paid. To claim a replacement, submit photos of the damaged Edge via our customer service team.

5. Pricing and Payment

The cost of the product is £199 however may be discounted from time to time as advertised on our website – myedge.golf.  We use a payment system that will convert the cost into your local currency. Please note that we are not responsible for any inaccuracies in the currency conversion rate. Shipping costs may vary by region.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail tracked second class. Royal Mail delivers to over 230 countries. For more information on specific destinations, please refer to the Royal Mail International Country Guides. A standard shipment consists of one glove, one Edge, and access to video tutorials. We are not responsible for damage to the box during shipping but will handle issues of lost or damaged goods during transit.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cooling-Off Period

Returns and refunds are not accepted unless the Edge is proven to have been attached correctly and still broke. The glove is designed to wear out over time with use and is not eligible for refunds due to wear and tear.

Customers within the EU and UK have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. This cooling-off period allows for a full refund of the product cost, excluding shipping fees.
